Ross was great to deal with from start to finnish, easy going and very helpful guy, me and my wife had two after sales problems with our car, but ross helpfully dealt with them with aplomb, and our aftersales experiance with integrity was great, we have two grandchildren who will be soon looking for vehicles for themselfs, we will be using Integrity for them in the future for sure…thanks Ross, kev n jane reynolds.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Integrity Cars. I usually hate the car sale experience, however the service provided by the gentleman who I believe was named Ross was very personal with no pressure to purchase. His knowledge of the vehicle was honest
and informative and his fleet of cars were very well presented.
He assured me that if I experienced any initial problems or concerns with the car to pop back and he would address it.
Although the car I bought was rather old, I was treated as if I had
bought a brand new car and was even presented with a bottle of
pink Gin.

A dealer we didn’t even know was there.
Called up just to have a look around, wasn’t pounced on as soon as we got there(which for us is a plus).
We then chatted with a gentleman (unfortunately we didn’t get his name) who covers for the owner on Sundays. Very informative and helpful, took our details to pass onto the garage owner, to contact us.
Ross (car dealer) contacted us at the arranged time. Again we had no pressure put on us, and we were allowed to look around and ask as many questions as we needed to. I really liked a particular car, so after a few discussions and checks I got to pick up my car from Integrity car sales 10/10/23. Ross was an absolute gentleman, I was even given a gift and an incar airfreshner.

Fantastic service from Ross. My daughter bought a car however it wasn’t for her. When we returned the vehicle back he gave us a full refund without any stress or waiting around. He then made sure we got to the train station safely for our journey home. A true gentleman.

I travelled to view one car, which was not right for me, so Ross helped me select a more suitable car for my needs, having selected a car Ross held the car for me for a few days, so that my wife could go and view/test drive it before purchase.
Ross even did all the paperwork required by DVLA.

Got a great car for my daughter who had recently passed her test in an automatic. Small Peugeot. Can’t fault it genuine. It’s now called Greg for some ungodly reasons I can’t fathom. Buy with confidence from my own experience. They were helpful with my usual barrage of questions and the delivery process was a seamless easy job. Loads of communication and a really nice fella to hand over the keys. If buying remotely was a concern then I can only report my own experience which to be honest was better than faffing about at a dealer with some 17 year old in a cheap suit.

Excellent dealer, no pressure sales from Ross, explained car in depth and great self test drive and time to look / examine car, great price and great service. Definitely would use again for car purchase.
